EFT Therapy:

EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique)
is an energy medicine technique used to treat and
release negative emotions and problematic behavior.
It is based on the principle that negative emotions
and stressful and/or traumatic experiences cause a
disruptive charge to the body's energy system. It
was discovered that tapping on the end points of the
acupuncture meridians released the disturbance from
the body's energy field and nervous system thus
restoring balance and calm. EFT Therapy
Treatments are available at my downtown Seattle
location or via an
EFT Phone Treatment Session.
With my
background in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I became
interested in the new energy therapies that have been
evolving for the last decade. I trained in EFT with Gary
Craig, its founder, and studied its cousins - TAT (Thought
Field Therapy), TAPAs Acupressure Technique and other
bio-energetic research. I applied EFT to my own personal
issues as well as those of my patients. My results concurred
with those of other therapists and physicians. EFT produces
significant, profound and lasting change in a relatively
short period of time.
The
ramifications of this are exciting, especially since it can
be applied to a wide variety of issues such as: addictions,
phobias, abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, physical
pain and disease, emotional pain, ADD, as well as areas of
self improvement and attaining peak potential.

Because our templates have specific imagery, we often include several small images placed on many of the pages. Each of the photos can be deleted and you can add your own site-related graphics.
We have given you a way to easily add a double lined border plus “float” your image to either the left or right of the page so that your text smoothly flows around your pictures.
Aligning a bordered image to the left: Once your image has been inserted on the page, right-click on the image and select Picture Properties from the menu. In the dialog box that appears, click on the Style button. In this new dialog box, enter the name “imageleft” - without the quotes - into the area next to class. Click OK to close the dialog boxes. Your image will now have the double border and be positioned on the left side of the page. Note that you can also use the Style toolbar.
Aligning a bordered image to the right: Once your image has been inserted on the page, right-click on the image and select Picture Properties from the menu. In the dialog box that appears, click on the Style button. In this new dialog box, enter the name “imageright” - without the quotes - into the area next to class. Click OK to close the dialog boxes. Your image will now have the double border and be positioned on the right side of the page. Note that you can also use the Style toolbar.
