Appointments:

Please contact our Seattle Health Therapies office at (206) 623-1630 to schedule your acupuncture, massage or energy medicine treatment appointment. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am until 7:00pm.

First Visit:
You first office visit will be one hour and thirty minutes in duration. Subsequent treatments are 45 to 60 minutes in length. Wear loose and comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a light snack before treatment. Patients requiring massage therapy or other energy treatments in addition to acupuncture will be scheduled for additional time.  

Insurance Information:
I am a preferred provider for most major insurance companies in Washington State. As a courtesy, prior to your treatment I will verify the benefits with your insurance company. Most insurance companies cover alternative treatment only for certain medical conditions. Your co-pay is due at the time of service. Any fees not covered by insurance will be billed to you. Please contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to ensure that you are covered and to determine if you need any referrals, if you have an existing 'waiting period', or if there are any restrictions to your coverage.

Method of Payment:
Insurance, Checks, Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. A current fee schedule is available upon request. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office 24 hours or more before your appointment.
